Artistic and Executive Director
Ashley L. Tate founded ADC in 2007 and serves as the artistic and executive director. Ms. Tate earned her MFA in Dance from Washington University in St. Louis (WashU) and is an adjunct professor at Southeast Missouri State University, Saint Louis University, Webster University, and WashU.

Thomas Proctor
Rehearsal Director
A graduate of Southeast Missouri State University (SEMO), Thomas is in his eighth season with ADC. He recently earned his MFA in Dance from Washington University in St. Louis. This will be his third season as Rehearsal Director. He is also an adjunct professor at SEMO and Principia College.

Morgan Cameron
Ballet Instructor
Morgan Cameron is a native of St. Louis who has taught dance and movement for all ages for over fifteen years. Ms. Cameron went on to perform with Milwaukee Ballet II, Milwaukee Ballet, Atrek Dance Company, Collective Motion, and The Slaughter Project before joining The Big Muddy Dance Company as a founding company member, where she performed for five seasons.

Jordan McDaniel
Hip Hop Instructor
Jordan graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Dance. He has participated in the ArchCore40 Intensive in New York for two years. Also, he is a dance instructor for Anointed Feet Christian Dance Academy of the Arts and Dynamic Fusion Dance Center. This is his third season in the company..
