ADC offers a variety of dance classes for all skill levels. Our experienced instructors are passionate about helping each dancer achieve their highest potential, while also having as much fun as possible. Have a look at our class schedule below to find the one that best fits your needs.  Our drop-in classes cost $10 per person, per class.  


Winter/spring classes begin on Monday, January 11th and end on Sunday, May 9th.  

There will be no classes held on January 18th or March 15-21st.


We will allow up to 9 IN-PERSON attendees to come and dance with us in the studio.  You will be able to indicate on your registration form whether or not you want to take class in person or virtually.  Masks, contactless temperature and symptom checks, as well as contact training sign-in will be required upon entry.  We are only allowing up to 9 students in each class and you must remain socially distant (6 feet minimum) at all times.  Please bring your water bottle and keep extra personal items at home. Please limit your belongings to only what is essential, and those items must be left in a designated area in the studio.  No worries, the door will be locked and we have an office worker on hand to make sure all items are secure.  We can not allow changing in the bathrooms or dressing rooms. Please wipe down bathroom surfaces after yourself if you use the restroom during class.  We will be disinfecting between each class and no one can be admitted after class has begun.


For those who are taking virtually, the student will be emailed a unique private link class start time from info@ashleyliane.com. Registration will close 5 minutes before each class start time. Please download Zoom for either your mobile device or desktop prior to the start of your first class. You do not need to create a Zoom login or account to take our livestream classes.  All class times are in Central Time (Saint Louis).

There are NO refunds or exchanges for classes.

Each student must register and pay individually.


Stretch and Strengthen

5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

This class is a fusion of movements designed for muscle toning, deep stretch, and mindful meditation.  No dance experience required and can be beneficial to all!


Beg/Int Modern

7:15 p.m. - 8:15 p.m.

This class is an introduction to the basic skills and terminology of 

modern dance. There will be focus on control, center, breathing, balance, strength and musicality.


Int/Adv Contemporary

2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Students learn contemporary jazz and lyrical technique with emphasis on rock, funky, lyric, and percussive movement blended with elements of  jazz, modern, and ballet.


Hip Hop Fitness

6:15 p.m. - 7:15 p.m.

Using elements of hip hop dance, this cardio workout is designed to improve your physical fitness and assist you with building muscle tone, all while having a great time!  No experience is necessary!


Int/Adv Jazz

11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

Classes begin with a warm-up, followed by center work and combinations. There will be an emphasis on performance skills and varied styles.


Beg/Int Ballet

6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

The structure of this class is designed to reaffirm posture, placement, flexibility, and strength. Class will focus won barre and centre work, as well as reverence. 


Int/Adv Hip Hop

12:45 p.m. - 1:45 p.m.

Choreography is taught at a speed designed to push and develop students. Movement styles include: popping, locking, waving, house, animation, etc. .
