All interested dancers must submit the following to ADC via email: ashleyliane@gmail.com

• Application and Liability Form (Click Here to Download)

• Headshot or Dance Shot

• CV or résumé that includes at least 2 professional references (include their emails and phone numbers)

• Video (Dropbox, YouTube, Vimeo or Google Drive) Your video must include the following:

3-5 minute Ballet Work (include your choice of adagio, petit allegro, grand allegro, and pirouettes)

2-3 minute Jazz Combination (please indicate the name of the choreographer)

1-2 minute Improvisation (modern, jazz, or contemporary, or a hybrid of the three)

Videos should clearly show the dancer moving in solo material ONLY.  Please do not send ensemble work.   You can send the files separately or all at once, but make sure that everything is clearly marked with your name! Your application will not be processed unless all the required documents, photos and video links are submitted.
